Frequently asked questions
Everything about purity verification, documentation, storage, and shipping.
Every lot is released at 99%+ identity purity. Purity is quantified by reverse-phase HPLC and identity confirmed by mass spectrometry at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party lab. The full seven-point QC panel — purity, net peptide content, identity, HPLC conformity, heavy metals, sterility, and endotoxin — is published on each product page.
A CoA is the lab document tying a specific lot number to its test results. Read it top-down: confirm the lot number matches your vial, check that identity matches the compound you ordered, then compare labeled mass against measured net peptide content. Anything at or above the labeled value means you received full stated content.
Helix H₂O is sterile bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol — the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized research compounds. The preservative allows multiple withdrawals from the same vial within 28 days of first puncture.
Store lyophilized material at -20°C, desiccated and protected from light. It remains stable at room temperature during transit. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade peptide integrity faster than storage temperature alone.
Most lyophilized peptides carry a 36-month shelf life when stored correctly at -20°C. Coenzymes such as NAD+ are hygroscopic and carry a 24-month window. Each product page lists its specific shelf life under Stability Information.
Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day from the United States, with most domestic addresses receiving delivery in 2–3 days and overnight available at checkout. Cold shipping is not required — lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit.
Because these are controlled research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a lot ever fails to match its published CoA, we replace it and cover return shipping.
No. Every compound sold by Helix Club is for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Purchasing requires confirming you are a qualified researcher.
