Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher — or purchasing on behalf of a research institution — to order from this site. Completing the researcher verification step is a representation that both conditions are true.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where intended use appears inconsistent with in-vitro laboratory research.

All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute any product for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or any application in or on a living organism.

Reselling Helix Club products without written authorization, or repackaging them under another label, is prohibited.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we confirm shipment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day ship the same day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided.

Every order includes shipment protection. Packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit are replaced at no cost when reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging for a full refund less outbound shipping.

If material fails to conform to its published Certificate of Analysis, we replace it and cover return shipping.

Subscription orders renew at the interval selected until cancelled and may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next renewal date without penalty.

Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active. Cancelling returns future orders to standard pricing.

All site content — text, layout, imagery, brand marks, and published documentation — is owned by Helix Club and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
